    All fitness channels seem to be using Almond Milk. What’s the deal? Why not
    skim milk? Is there some stigma against cow’s milk for some reason? Or is
    this simply some fad? Thanks.

      I hope this link helps you. I personally dont use any milk because I cant,
      I am Lactose and Tol. I do know almond milk and almonds in general are very
      good for you.
      I used to make my own almond milk but now that the prices came down a bit,
      I buy,
