In our first edition of Weekly Challenges, Guided Fitness Co-founder and Fitness Coach Nick Tyree highlights a weight loss & fat loss circuit. Expect to burn fat, strengthen muscles, optimize your workout with this strength circuit.

Starter Weight Loss Circuit:
Start with 3 Rounds. Build to 5 Rounds
40sec work; 20 sec. rest
1. Dumbbell Reverse Lunge to Overhead Press
2. Dumbbell Single Leg RDL Row
3. Plank Shoulder Taps
4. Incline Bench Press
